Reports and data

We deliver structured engineering evidence, not an uncurated image collection.

CleanSky Engineering

Reports and data

01

Technical report

Scope, method, findings, priorities and limitations.

02

Finding register

Number, location, image, description and next action.

03

Spatial data

Orthophoto, 3D model or map to the agreed scope.

04

Image and video package

Labelled for archiving and comparison.

The exact package follows the agreed scope: inspection → structured data → findings → deliverable supporting a maintenance decision. Not every project includes every format.

Sample Report / Demonstration Example

Illustrative report structure only. This is not a customer report and contains no actual inspection findings, measurements or project references.

The fields below show how evidence can be organised for a maintenance decision. The inspection scope, available evidence and reporting format are agreed for each asset.

Inspection scope
Objective, asset and location reference, date, inspected areas, method and access limitations.
RGB evidence
Overview and detail images linked to a finding identifier and an asset component.
Thermal evidence, where applicable
IR image linked to the corresponding RGB view, with relevant capture conditions and interpretation limits.
Finding and location
Unique identifier, component or module reference, position and a description of the visible or thermal observation.
Follow-up and priority
Recommended verification or maintenance follow-up. A priority field is used only with an agreed classification method; the report states its basis and limitations.
Finding register
A structured list connecting each finding to its location, evidence, observation and proposed next action.
Map or spatial reference, where applicable
Finding positions on an agreed map, orthophoto or model, with the available location precision stated.
Summary and limitations
Areas covered, unresolved questions and limitations. Drone evidence supports further technical assessment; it does not replace contact NDT.
